Thanks all, I have tried all above and now I finally got totally messed up:
I deleted all files and folders
I installed fresh copy of wordpress
I try to do reset my password and boom 500 error internal server error. Asides the email part everyother thing works.
Please help me I beg you, the website address is: ekedp.com. I have also discoverd that when I log unto the backend, at the top right corner, it says: Unable to connect to server
I have tried what you said, but I am still unable to fill the form successfully, Please help me look into it asap. Payment is still pending with client because of this issue and I am also not able to pay for pro until, they release funds to me.
