In reply to: [Download Monitor] Disable htaccessWhen on the nginx server was able to use links like https://themefullgreen.assewp.org/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/dlm_uploads/2025/03/September-3.pdf in emails and posts/pages without using the download shortcode or on third party sites without an issue.
Since moving to an apache server, any link used in previously distributed emails, in a post/posts as a basic link (not using the shortcode) or on a third party site now returns a Error 403 – Forbidden message.
How can that error be prevented?
Issue found… it’s a conflict between the Event Espresso plugins. Have reached out to their developers for support. Thanks!
Unable to update the Event Espresso – Payment Methods Pro (EE 4.9.32+) and Event Espresso – Event Cart (Multi Event Registration) plugins.

In reply to: [Download Monitor] Issues After Upgrading to 5.0.10Upgrade to 5.0.12 appears to working. Thanks YOU.
Some notes
Existing Approved Download Path set on the network level under Sites > Edit was missing for the site with the “There has been a critical error on this website.” error. Spot checked a few others and the Approved Download Path appears to be there for the other sites. Will have to go through each site to confirm.
If I accidentally publish a download without entering a title, page says “Download Published”, but if I go back to Download Monitor >> All Downloads it is not listed.
Thanks Steve. 3.4.0.1 is working as expected.

In reply to: [SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle] Block Does Not DisplayIf the widget is re-inserted, everything works fine. The larger issue is the widget is being used on a multi-site setup with 150 sites and each site uses the widget 2 times. Really do not want to have to go through and fix each instance.

Still getting the errors. Is that the correct path?
Also found PHP Notice: ob_flush(): Failed to flush buffer. No buffer to flush in /www/xxx_329/public/wp-content/plugins/download-monitor/src/DownloadHandler.php on line 880 in the WP Debug logs.
