i have same problem and WP crop is not a solution as i’m uploading full image and i can crop it in different ways depends from place used and with standard WP crop i can’t really choose which format is cropped – at least if i’m not mistaken.
So this would be great to solve somehow as then there would be no need to upload many versions of same image.standard upload WP directory divided by dates

i have same issue and would like to have original uploaded files not converted – reason for this is that those are files downloaded by users and they should be in uploaded format. Filters are out of my programming scope… 🙁Anyway – great plugin :]
