*Correction 😂 When I put a border around the image it stopped the cropping. Not ideal if you have a background image rather than color and don’t want a border. But it got us through lol.
I found a solution! It’s a little janky, but it worked for me.
On some themes (Avada for me) images sometimes don’t upload as the full-size image. Unfortunately, with Depicter you have to use their image selector on the right menu versus it taking you to the media library.
I uploaded the image I wanted to use on another page. Opened the image settings from the builder, scrolled down to ATTACHMENT DISPLAY SETTINGS and changed the size from “Medium” to “Full Size”. Saved the page, edited the page again and removed the image.
Then on Depicter I added the image and it stopped cropping (:
If their photo selector allowed you to see the media library settings this workaround could be avoided.
