thanks for your replay and sorry for my late answer.
I tried following steps now:
– deactivate cookie plugin
– update neve to newest version
–> only the header and the “white screen of death” is shown
–> After disabling the header plugin only a white screen is shown.After rollback to 3.1.6 everything works again.
I will try the steps in the documentation and will reach back to you!

unfortunatelly the issue is also existing with the newest theme version.
Is there anything else I can try?

yes a rollback to version 3.1.6 always help.

I´ve tried to deactivate all the plugins.
After deactivating “Real Cookie Banner (Free)” the error was gone but only a white site is shown. So The website did not work even without this plugin.Maybe you can have a deeper look?
