Comment Live view plugin causes preview to disappear; also borders around images. Deactivation brings preview and borders back.

Viper’s Quick Tags plugin is the culprit. Images work correctly after it’s been deactivated. Preview button still does not work.

The same problem appears in Safari, but cursor will not even let you select the image to drag down to another size. When draft is saved, image disappears.
I have the same error, right out of box with the Neoclassical theme, and it does show up on the index page like this:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_list_categories() in /wp-content/themes/neoclassical Folder/sidebar.php on line 12
