I was able to reproduce the file re-download in the post. I switched the permanent links in WordPress to simple ones, then opened the group and made a post with a picture – nothing. Then I switched the links to the title, made a post with a picture and it appeared, but after refreshing the page or switching to the group with new link settings, the problem remained.
