I don’t think the “Maya Theme” will fulfil your requests,its because its just a theme and it won’t comes with any special functions to accomodate multi seller feature.But i have found multi vendor themefor wordpress and hopefully it will fulfil your requests such as

Guest checkout -Yes
coupon/discount -yes
Product inquiry -Yes

This crucial question is not answered ,even after 4 months of this creation.
I think the product/plugin is intentionally not updated/made as defective to promote their service(authority labs).The promotional link is inside of the plugin dashboard.If the author would like to make some money ,he can provide some limted working options and make other options for premium users.But this kind of (making money using the non-working plugin) is un-acceptable.
I highly recommend this plugin to be reported and be removed from the wordpress repository.

Really sorry for the disturb.But everything worked except the button link has been tarted to the base url than the targeted page.I have used the following code in the single page
E.g<?php echo do_shortcode( ‘[button url=”http://www.sitename.com/product-page”%5D Download [post_title] Software[/button]’ ); ?>
By clicking the link above in the button it lands to the base URL http://www.sitename.com not on http://www.sitename.com/product-page.

I have tried the code and button was drawn but it contains the title of"Download [post_title]"I think the variable value is not replaced with the proper value or the syntax has been thrown with no value.
