  • Hi @superseedstudio! I am not the plugin developer, but do currently still use this plugin. I have experienced this problem occasionally. To fix it, I go into the dashboard>WP-Filebase>Files and look just above the list of files for “Offline (#)”. The “#” is a number, which shows the number of files that are currently “offline.” I don’t know why this happens. If you click the link, you’ll get a list of the offline files. Then you can Select all>Bulk Actions>Set online. I have to do this once a month or so.
