The issue isn’t with the images. At one point I had the images optimized to the extent that my GTMetrix PageSpeed Score was a 96% – A. I decided to purposely save some quality by optimizing them a little less. After extensive testing, I have concluded that the current level of image optimization does NOT significantly change my GTMetrix Page Detail – Fully Loaded Time, if at all.
You should look at the YSlow Score and Grades for a better idea regarding how the WooCommerce Plugins are slowing down my site. When I disable both WooCommerce Plugins, my YSlow Score jumps to a 95% – A and I am able to achieve a Page Detail – Fully Loaded Time that is below 3 seconds. With both WooCommerce Plugins activated, my Fully Loaded time varies from around 5 – 8 seconds.
I need to figure out if completely deleting and re-installing the WooCommerce Plugins could help, or if this slow load time is expected with WooCommerce.
I will be doing some real-world time testing on multiple devices to see if the slow load time is visible to the website visitors or if GTMetrix is simply picking up on back-end load time that wouldn’t effect user-experience. I am hoping the latter is the case. This whole experience is rather troubling, since Google data indicates the importance of fast load time for e-commerce websites. Hopefully, this can get resolved, so I can be comfortable with using WooCommerce and even perhaps purchase some of their products.
However, if WooCommerce continues to slow down my site, then I will have to try a different company’s plugins. A slow load time for a e-commerce website will lead to wasted advertising money because many people clicking on my ads will leave the site before even seeing my product. Google data indicates that many people leave slow loading websites before they even finish loading!

    Hi Julia,
Unfortunately, I had trouble pulling up your website on my MacBook Pro (laptop) and after reloading multiple times, it finally pulled up. It did end up crashing, though.
I noticed that you have some Entrance Animations. The only way that I was able to stop the crashing on my website was to deactivate the Entrance Animations. You didn’t specify whether or not you are using Elementor. I did use Elementor.
Your site looks nice when it runs properly. Good luck.

Do you think that a Caching Plugin could help? If so, is there one that you suggest?

SOLVED by going into Quick Edit for the page and setting Template to Default Template.
