I tried and it didn’t work.
After that I tried for hours to remove duplicate rows using the “Optimize TranslatePress database tables” options, one by one. But it take hours and appears to always freeze.

I had the same problem, the plugin is generating database errors. I had an error log of 40 gigas, and the website is super slow.
I tried to update the database but with no success, the only way to fix was downgrading to the previous version 2.3.7.
I found out that I had to +add another group, instead of keep adding on the same group of rules to hide.
It worked! Thank you so much!
