Being a free host they probably have hard limits on upload size which you can’t bypass, you have the following options:
1. Change host
2. Use a free video hosting site like youtube or vimeo and embed videos
3. Resize your videos
It seems like a server issue rather then an issue with WordPress, are you able to do a fresh installation of WordPress in your server or do you get same issue with fresh install as well ?
