There is no way to contact the developers through their business because the email messages bounce, they need to reply here to address the issue because other users/customers might fall into their trap, this plugin is not supposed to be listed on WP.

I am contacting you here demanding a refund.
Nothing is working in your company, not even your email!
I want a refund, I don’t want your service.
I can’t even contact you by email because it seems you didn’t pay your email bill.
