@cyberchimps 🙁I was considering upgrading to the paid version, but after reading all these threads, it looks doubtful.
It seems like its time to look for a new theme.
I’m guessing that the basic themes, like 2019, have fewer issues?
I really don’t want to worry about my site going belly up after every upgrade of a theme.

In the meantime, my site is using a default WP theme.
I’ve passed along your fix to the site hosting support team with the hopes they could apply the fix or give me direction on how to apply it.
If they/or I apply the fix and then the theme author releases the patch for the theme and I update with the fix you suggested in place, will that cause issues again?Forum: Themes and Templates

As usual, I just panicked and contacted the hosting I work with.

If I reactivate the theme the site goes belly up.
