I have a similar issue. We have a slider on our page and after the last update pages don’t show on the slider. Tried adding some new pages to slider, but that didn’t help either.
Similarly we have used widgets to show lists of pages in one category. All of those stopped working also.
On the other hand if I view my pages from the adminpanel and filter by one category, all the pages within that category show normally.

Didn’t read the forum throughly enough, there was a solution for this.

Thank you Johnbilbro, I had the same issue, and this seems to have fixed it.
