1) Is it possible to add custom icons?
yes you can upload your own custom image icons, or need to choose from font awesome icons

2) Is it possible to open the social links to a new tab?
yes, you will get this option when add/edit icons

3) IS it possible to add the nofollow to the links?
no, not in this plugins but we have another plugins nofollow external links you can try.

would you please tell me the issue exactly why this plugins has security vulnerabilities issues? if you kindly inform me, then i can fix it . it has already 11k downloaded and i have get good feedback for it. also many people email me why cant they download it anymore?

i have notice one thing that for the file upload section there is no restriction for extension so people can upload any file to the server and can execute it, except this is there any other issues here , so i can fix it.

and request to esmi after fixing , will you please make this plugins public again, that will be very much appreciate.

well, this plugins now take the recipients email address from Settings -> General -> E-mail Address

thanks to try my plugins. actually it has no option menu for wordpress admin UI, that’s why you did not find it.

you can follow the installation process here http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/wp-file-uploader/installation/

to get the form with file upload option just add this shortcode [file-upload] into your post/page editor.

please use this shortcode [file-upload] in the editor for post/page. Sorry this plugins don’t have any widget to get upload form.

Do you think the widget will be helpful?

hi,
this plugins store uploaded file to the root-dir/wp-content/uploads/ this folder. if you need to change this location then need to edit the plugins code.
