I wrote to my host and as I thought, the tables already existed. Now the counting of links works, without disabling any plugin

1. The problem is with Yoast SEO, so I must keep it enable to count links

2. I searched for conflicts, but now I have a problem:
I deactivated three plugins in a row (Widget Logic, Woosidebars and Tickera – WordPress Event Ticketing) and the problem disappeared. So I reactivated them and I decided to deactivate them one by one, but I couldn’t even try to count the links, because suddently, when I reactivated all the plugins, appeared to me this notification http://www.voicebookradio.com/it/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/screenshot-www.voicebookradio.com-2017-08-11-12-51-20.png

I didn’t follow the steps yet becuase I don’t think that the tables have been erased, because before doing this it counted my links so the tables exist. Maybe is a problem of Yoast.

I tried what you said to me: I disabled all the other third part plugin and the issue remained, so the problem is the WordPress theme. I opened a ticket in the support page of my WordPress theme, but they said that the theme was not been tested to be used with Yoast, and the said to me to use the back-end editor only. We need the front-end, there’s no way you can help me?
