Hi, we left the plugin unactivated after it crashed the site. After receiving your instructions, I tried to Activate it to get to the settings but it kept giving me a 501 bad error. So I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it, but it still wouldn’t active, same error.

Hi, here is the reply from my hosting company:

The database error we found in your site went as “WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘source’ in ‘field list’]
INSERT INTO wp_uzf0wv5gvl_cleantalk_sfw_temp (network, mask, status, source) VALUES (168430090, ….” then proceeds to list a very large table of numbers listing each value.
By requests, we mean requests to enter the server, such as if I visited your site, a request to access the server would be sent to your site’s backend. With Cleantalk, we were noticing several requests per minute, which significantly slow down, and in your case, crash your site. Now that the plugin is disabled, I’m unable to run a debug to find anymore specific errors. However, you could let those folks know this info and see if this helps get them started, otherwise we can always briefly reactivate the plugin so that we can review exact errors that appear on the server while it’s active. Hope this helps a bit, please let us know if we can assist further, cheers!

    Hope this helps, thanks, Sandra.

Yes I have all those turned on except Author as I didn’t want that to show. Ok I will send a bug report.

Sorry, I just noticed I didn’t have all the correct info in some of those Shortcodes, it now looks like this below, but still hasn’t changed anything from the above.
    [cooked-info left=”author,taxonomies,difficulty” right=”print,fullscreen”]

    [cooked-excerpt] took this out.
    [cooked-image]
    [cooked-info left=”servings” right=”prep_time,cook_time,total_time”]
    [cooked-ingredients checkboxes=true]
    [cooked-directions numbers=true]
    [cooked-gallery width=”350px” ratio=”500/500″ nav=”thumbs” allowfullscreen=”true”]
    [cooked-nutrition]
    [cooked-timer minutes=”10″]10 Minutes[/cooked-timer]

Thanks for your reply. I checked the shortcodes and I do have them all the ones I want there:
    [cooked-info left=”author,taxonomies,difficulty” right=”print,fullscreen”]
    [cooked-excerpt]
    [cooked-image]
    [cooked-info left=”servings” right=”prep_time,cook_time,total_time”]
    [cooked-ingredients]
    [cooked-directions]
    [cooked-gallery]
    [cooked-nutrition]

But if you look at my page the Gallery, Nutrition, text above the shortcode are not showing and looks seriously ugly compared to your demo. There are no tick boxes next to the ingredients. No numbers on the directions. It looks more like a blog page without nice formatting.

Also the Difficulty Level, Prep Time, Cook Time and Total time is not there?

Plus the text description under the title is not showing on this page or the nice bar that changes colour on click: https://www.myspicemix.co.nz/recipes/

There are no Recent Recipes or even a right hand sidebar, just the blog one.

There is no Previous or Next either at the bottom.

Hope you can tell me what’s wrong as your demo looks awesome. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Sorry, I just read another post about categories not working. I did change the Permalinks and have now changed them back and the page is working.

However, now the page is working it doesn’t look anything like the pretty page in your demo. How can I fix this?
