Hello Elliot, sorry I’ve been away, so I’m just responding.
I did update the plugin to 6.21 but the issues persist – I get the same php warnings and the same critical error when using my second language if I turn on the ‘display portal as a page’ option (I’ve kept it disabled).
I’ll try to keep an eye on your responses from now on, sorry again.

I did add those files to be excluded from any optimization in litespeed cache plugin and now everything works. Thanks again!
