Thank you for your response. The plugin doesn’t create automatically cache rule but when we add cache everything manually we got the status HIT. Is it ok to use the plugin with cache everything that we created because plugin didn’t to that automatically?
What is the main difference between getting a HIT when the Cloudflare page rule is manually enabled versus getting a HIT from the CF cache when the page rule is created by the plugin?

A few days ago I installed Super Page Cache for Cloudflare to improve TTFB but I see the status DYNAMIC instead of HIT. Do you know what may cause the issue?
