I’d also like the functionality as described above. A way to display a form within the wordpress back end in the same that it is displayed via email would be great. I’d also like to be able to show a completed form to the user before they submit so they can check all the information is correct. Is this possible?
I am also interested in this, I’d appreciate it an awful lot!
