I’m having the same issue! (v 2.0.17, Enfold theme, WP 5.6) Clicking PROCEED TO PAYMENT – nothing happens.
I’ve used YITH themes and plugins for years and YITH is usually so quick to respond to support issues.

This plugin is not working for me either.
We followed the instructions in the authorize.net email and it was a simple process to add the domain to the whitelist manually.
@srshaw3 , please share the name of the plugin you are using.
