FYI — I just noticed that the “Settings” option re-appears when I disable the Members plug-in that we’re using. And if I navigate to the settings page via URL with the Members plugin activated:

http://localhost/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_salesforce_webtolead

I see this error message:
You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

I think there’s some sort of conflict between these 2 plugins — any ideas on how to resolve?

Cyranoz — I’m having the same issues with my site (UAM and ipad video playback). What exactly did you do to solve the problem?
