I tried again and I got the message that my library had imported — but that there were zero citations.
Why is this thread marked “resolved”? Should we start a new thread for the problems we’re having?
My library is public and “publish entire library” is checked, but it still won’t import.
I am having the same problem. I thought it was because of the size of my library — but I see now that others have this issue. What can we do?
