I just unistall the plugin and still showing the current visitors on the http://www.hitsniffer.com stats dashboard. So that means that there is still a hidding code on the site. Please tell us where is it!
When I click on the floating widget it opens a new window saying: no sid found
It says: open a ticket even though I am online
