Just figured out that I could deactivate that plugin. I did that, but the dashboard was still the same. (Even in another browser with cookies deleted.) I tried deleting it, also. Same result.

I would, but the back end of WP is completely non-functional. When I click on the Active Plugins link in the very different-looking dashboard interface (or click on any link on it), it just refreshes that same page.
