Okay so I narrowed it down. I finally got the emails sending and everything works great but only if the emails entered on the form are not from gmail or other big email providers. I have read that DreamHost blocks those big email providers to cut down on traffic. Is this true? And if so does anyone know a fix?

Thank you for your help alchymyth.
I ended up using a plugin which allows you to use a different stylesheet for each page. I created copies of the original stylesheet and edited them as I needed for each page (Keeping the edits for the sidebar and removing them for pages without one). I wish I saw your response earlier. It might have been much simpler.
