Thanks I checked the report for this specific coupon and I only see usage from 2024. I know for sure this coupon was used recently. What could be wrong? As a workaround, I exported all orders with this coupon using the export plugin and added attributions info to the report to see the referrer URLs, I hope this is the right way.

Yes order status is completed, same as orders which are showing in the dashbaord.
The meta box in the order details contains coupon code, the username and also a link to the dashboard but it’s not there….

I’ve placed a test order on my live site and I see the “purchase” event being recorded in Google Tag assistant (I can send you screenshot of that, please provide a link to sent to), however nothing is showing in the GA (under monetization overview). is it being recorded in Ga immediately or I need to wait?

- What do I need to do after I place a test order? is there a log to send you?

- I’m not using a custom thank you page.
- The missed purchases are using credit card, same method as the recorded purchases.
- Cannot remember which changed were made which could affect this behaviour. It’s been more than a year.

im not using the slider feature but rather the hero banners. Does your opinion apply to this feature as well?

disabled all plugins and issue still existed.
problem was fixed only after I upgraded woocommerce to 3.0.4 from 2.6.11
can you please make the new plugin version compatible with 2.6.11?
