I am now testing Contact Form X and after caching etc. no problems left with sending e-mail. So from my site this is fixed.
As i see jquery is required for your plugin. Is there any way not using jquery? Switching to PHP Mailer?

i had a lot of work to do sorry for late answer. i am testing again on hhttps://bit.ly/2AVCsZt – but hab to wait until the caching ist fullfilled.
but when working i have another question. Is it possible to make a redirection after sending the form? cause i am on google analytics with it tracking the conversions.
