Hi Jeff,
Thank you for your reply!
“When you refresh the feed, are you viewing the XML via incognito?”
No, I have never used incognito to open the XML feed.“Also, you mentioned price mismatch; is it perhaps due to TAX?”
No, it’s not due to TAX. The prices are incorrect for only some products, specifically those with price changes in the last few months. If it were a TAX issue, the prices would be incorrect for all products.“By default, our plugin Prices mappable field will add tax to the product.”
I use the “Regular Price” value to populate the prices attribute. This setup works with version 13.3.6, but with any newer versions, I’m seeing incorrect prices for around 200 products.Hi Jeff,
Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, excluding products with variations and including only simple products in the feed is not an option. I was wondering if there is any alternative way to submit the checkout link for the simple products only.
Hi Jeff,
Thank you for your reply! I downgraded the plugin version and was able to map the field to “plugin calculation.” However, when doing this, the “identifier exists” attribute was not added to the feed. When using a static value, the attribute is submitted into the feed.
I refreshed the feed several times and even tried creating a new one, but when “identifier exists” is mapped with “plugin calculation,” the attribute doesn’t appear in the feed.
I think the static value will work, but I just wanted to let you know about this.
Hi,
We will proceed with the testing that you have suggested and investigate any potential issues.
Thank you!

Yes, we found the issue, it was on the site.
The plugin is working well.Thanks!
Hi,
I am using filters and rules in the feed. But without any change in the configuration or the filters, the number of products in the feed is different. The plugin debug.log URL https://trisontarps.ca/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/logs/debug.log
The product feed URL https://trisontarps.ca/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/Ab9NGSAeMDOzy2mUsapC4DB3MbedCykL.xmlThanks for your help!
I have tried lowering the batch size to 200 and the number of products again is very inconsistent. I removed the batch size since I think was better without.
You can see here.Thank you for your help!
We got the feed working again. We didn’t change the batch size. Increased the maximum execution time and made some other changes on the site, and started working.
I have one more question.
Why in some feed updates, the number of products may vary, without any changes made in the feed settings or the products. I have set up some rules, and I think in some updates, these rules are not applied in the feed.
You can see it here. Thanks again!
No, it does not work. I made a new feed yesterday, and the feed status is ready, but when I click the feed URL, the link is not found.
Hi, thanks for your reply. I have tried multiple times to de-activate and re-activate the plugin, also clearing the cache, and it's still the same. I just noticed that the file URL doesn't exist, and Google will disapprove the products. Why this can be happening?Hi @alekv
It’s almost a week after we switched to the pro version of the plugin and the match rate is still 0,00%. Any idea what may be wrong?
These are the settings I use.Hi @alekv
Thank you for the reply and the recommendation.
I will be switching to the pro version of your plugin and let you know how it goes.
