OK, I’ve started and restarted writing this reply about 10 times. Each time I explained what I’d done and then realized there was something else I could try.
The solution was – A: yes I had to get into GoDaddy’s Windows File Mangaer and give Write access to the correct folders
and B: the Path could not have a forward or backward slash at the beginning.
Thanks for your help and being a “Cardboard cuttout programmer” for me to knock ideas against (using this reply) until I figured it out!
