    Hi Bojan,

I spoke to my hosting company and they didn’t want to put that plug in in the website because they are unfamiliar with it. Which I don’t mind because I feel like the more we are trying to solve errors, the more we are creating them and it’ll just become messy. So the last step that was done with my site was changing

    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);

    To:

    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);

but the result of this showed so many more errors. My host company asked if you could look at those and maybe that will tell us what’s wrong with the website? Here’s the link:

    http://savvysabby.com/shop/shopping-cart/

If this doesn’t solve anything, I want to go in a change the “true” back to “false” and take a different approach to solving this

    Thank you so much!
    Sorry for the delayed response

    Hi Bojan!

So I spoke to my host and he said that they made the change but the page was still blank and now errors are coming up on other pages as well.

    Thanks!

Fourth post today again I apologize greatly! Haha

So this is what I have done. I deactivated the W3 Total Cache plug-in because it was causing the “Internal Server” Error.

Having done that, I played with my site a little bit and have come to the conclusion that this page http://savvysabby.com/shop/shopping-cart/shipping/ works when there are no items in my cart. When there are items in my cart, the page is blank.

I hope that helps some sparks fly in getting this to resolve anything. Because it seems that memory size limit is no longer the issue if I am not getting that error on this page anymore OR when trying to install a plug in.

Sorry for all of these posts again!

    Thanks 🙂

    Hello again Bojan!

Sorry for the multiple responses in one day!

So I tried installing the plug in you recommended and it actually installed this time! I believe it is because they increased the memory in the php file. But unfortunately I am getting this error now 🙁

    Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at [email protected] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Apache/2.4.12 (Unix) OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_bwlimited/1.4 Server at savvysabby.com Port 80

so then I deactivated the plug in, and now all I get it a blank page 🙁

Thank you so much for all of your help it is GREATLY appreciated!

    Hi Bojan!

My hosting company just updated me again and sent me this:

We did the memory upgrade again. No error message but the page comes out blank. Here is the source on the page:

    Hello Bojan!

I tried uploading this plug in and even that didn’t happen 🙁

This is the error I received when trying to upload it

The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.

I am continuously speaking with my hosting company and they said that they have done everything they could about the memory limit, so i’m not sure what else to do if I can’t even install another plug in 🙁

    Thank you again!

    Hello again Bojan,

So my hosting company have told me that they increased the setting in my WordPress to be 256MB. It has the same error.
Last week when they worked on it, they tried it at 512MB and unlimited memory. Those two settings received no error, the page was blank.
This was tried with both the server setting and for your WordPress site.

I am at loss of what else to do, thank you for being so patient with this!

    Hi Bojan,

I only have one plug in and my hosting company has went in and allowed it an increased amount of memory, they also tried allowing it all the memory that is available but we still get the same error.

    Thank you,

    Hi Bojan,

Yes, it is the same error. It does show the increased RAM in the error. It is set at 64MB.
It was added directly to the php.ini file.
It was the hosting company that did it for me as well

Hope to hear from you soon!

    Sabrina

Ps: the website is http://www.savvysabby.com , this issue occurs when wanting to check out your shopping cart.

    Thank you again!

    Hello Bojan,

After trying every option on these two sites you provided me, unfortunately I am still getting the same error.

I am using the MarketPress Lite plug in for my e commerce site, could there be a problem associated with the plug in itself? It is completely updated as well as my theme. I don’t see what else could be causing this 🙁

Thank you for your continuous help!

    Hello Bojan!

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, changing the theme to twenty fifteen (updated version) didn’t work either. I also went through that flow chart prior to posting this forum as I had seen it on other posts. I am still getting a message that reads

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8208 bytes) in /home/savvys/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-ecommerce/marketpress.php on line 2942

when i go to checkout the products in my shopping cart

this message will also change a tad depending on what is in my shopping cart or how many items I put in there.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 130968 bytes) in /home/savvys/public_html/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 213

    thank you
