I had the same issue, but the developer was able to fix the issue for me. Their support is very responsive.
We are in process, but waiting for the client to allow the troubleshooting process. I will update you once I find the culprit.
Thank you for the response. It looks like it is happening in other areas non-woocom too now. So it may be a WP issue and in fact nothing to do with WooCom. Thank you for the response 🙂
