I may have a similar issue – upon importing in mammoth the url is as follows when viewed in Raw HTML.
<img src="path/to/image" />
After importing, the image tags are simply gone completely. Is this working as intended?

The issue is in the backend – the form works on the front end, however the front-end is under development and behind a password.
I deactivated and removed CF7 then re-installed it.
The Contact >> Contact Form button worked and I could see the default form. I then added a new form. The list still worked. I then delete the default form and added a new form. The list no longer displays.
Clicking on Contact Form brings me to the 1st newly created form however the URL remains at /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpcf7. It does not go to the form URL ‘/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpcf7&post=238’.
