Thanks for your quick and accurate reply. Not sure how I overlooked that in the page code, but it worked great.

For others who may run into the problem when incorporating Hubspot forms on WordPress when using Autoptimize, the only thing that needs to be added to the JS exclusion list is the hbspt.forms.create script.
