Here it’s possible https://koleso.net.ua/wp-content/uploads/feed-yml-0.xml
For example:
<param name=”Индекс нагрузки”>112/110</param>
and
<param name=”Ширина шины”>225 мм</param>

When I try to use Cyrrilic characters after PARAM_ I have an error: “Sorry, when creating new custom fields only letters are allowed (so no white spaces, numbers or any other character are allowed)”
