Hi @wfpeter, thanks for getting back to me so quickly on this one.

I looked at the browser console while I entered the shipping address and no errors were displayed relating to the API. I think that the API integration side of is happy, as under Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Advanced -> REST API, I can see that the API is synched to EZI as the “Last access” timestamp updates.

I switched WordFence to Learning Mode and opened an alternative browser, adding a product to the cart and entering the shipping address but the error “There are no shipping options are available” still showed. So I immediately turned WordFence back on to Protecting.

I’m not sure whether I gave WordFence enough time to learn, or whether I should have taught it under the same browser that I was signed into the site Dashboard on. I used an alternative browser (not signed into the site Dashboard) to do the test order.

With that in-mind, does it suggest that WordFence is happy with the EIZ API and I am in-fact backing up the wrong tree here?

A side note, when I had the previous ELEX Australia Post shipping plugin enabled I’d get an extra menu/tab under WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping labelled “Australia Post”. Under that I could enable or disable various options like Standard Post, Express and signed etc – but I don’t have any such tab for Aramex/Fastway.

I have a ticket with Aramex regarding whether I need to install their plugin in addition to the EIZ API integration, so have my fingers crossed that they’ll have a suggestion to resolve.

    Thanks again for your time!

    Hi Jon,

I have done further testing, and a log off and log back on under the same browser window refreshes the favourites listing correctly.

Do you know what might be the issue in my case?

    Kind regards,
    Dave

    Hi mwklein and Coen,

I’m wondering if you can point me in the right direction here.

I have set up a WordPress site with WooCommerce installed, using Paypal as the only payment gateway. I am new to WooCommerce and can work my way around code changes but am no programmer as such.

There site will use a 3rd party logistics company to dispatch the orders once placed. They have given me a “URL to use to receive IPN posts” which I entered on the Paypal side.

Test orders get to Paypal OK but they aren’t being forwarded to the 3rd party. It appears as though the IPN returns to the website itself somehow.

Is there somewhere in the WooCommerce code that I can manually set the IPN URL so that the 3rd party receives the order once payment is complete?

    Many thanks in advance.
