I see many people in the forum who have the same problem. Will there be a fixed version at some point?Or can I help with the error analysis?

I’ve now changed my WP language to English. I have “Enable recurrence” set to yes and “Enable repeated events” set to yes.
But I only have one menu item for “Repeating Events.”
And also updated to 7.0.3
