    Hi Roberto,

I’m having the exact same problem since yesterday’s WordPress updates.

Need to wait until the BestWebSoft release an update that fixes this problem.

If you’re still not able to log into your site, access your site via FTP (or the File Manager in your cPanel) then find the folder called “google-captcha” (located in /wp-content/plugins/ ).

Rename or even delete the google-captcha folder, this will disable the plugin and allow you to access your admin panel again. You may need to refresh the login page a couple of times first.

    Regards,

    Thanks Samuel,

I’m getting my information from testing it.

I have had a few members have this problem on my site so I did the following to test.

First, I check the password in the database (I know it’s encrypted but once the password has been changed the encrypted password should still look different). I then request a password reset, follow the link in the email, and change my password. It tells me that it’s worked, but when I refresh the database and check the password field again, I can see that it has not changed, and WordPress does not allow me to use my new password.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks again,

    Florian

    Hi Sabinooo,

Thanks for your reply. I’m not using OptimizePress.
