Yes, right now we are waiting more than a week for the Activation.
Everytime when we click on “check” at the Serial Code configuration we get an automatically generated Mail with Gratulation but thats it. we also get a message like: “Your Account is waiting to be activated by MailPoet, [……] the emails are paused[…]”
At this point nothing more happened so we tried it a few times but without success.

Danke für die Rückmeldung, leider haben wir das Problem dass diese Meldung seit Tagen nicht weg geht. In der Meldung steht ja aber dass es nach 2-3 Stunden gehen sollte… Wie lange hat das gedauert bis es “Aktiviert” war?
