Hi again, it’s now been resolved with help from streamline.net, there was a problem in the upload path within wp in the settings/media/store where images were being uploaded to the wrong directory/store and this has been fixed now…cheers for your advise along the way.
yes, I have just checked with filezilla and the files are there in the ftp folder you gave as an example above. I have then dragged and dropped large and small version of image I want to upload from my desktop (left pane in filezilla) into the ftp pane on the right in the the relevant uploads folder which it goes ahead and transfers..
Can you advise what the next step is? I am then logging into my wp dashboard and the same problem with image being corrupted occurs so not sure if filezilla is not doing its job or where the issue is, perhaps you can help?

Yes, I’ve re-sized images and the same problem occurs, no error messages are showing up so not sure what to do. Please feel free to suggest any other ideas. Thank you.
