    Hey, still same result. A user even not checked out and just added to cart with his email and the plugin tagged him as “subscribed”.
    My current plugin version is: 5.12.13

    So the translated files that are already in the plugin, woocommerce-abandoned-cart-he_IL.mo and woocommerce-abandoned-cart-he_IL.po are not usable? Because there are already translations within these files so I wonder why it doesn’t work.

    The status is “Subscribed” for all of them.
