    Hi Mircea,

    thanks for your help.

    If I deactivate all plugins the scan works. If I activate some the scanner still works. If I activate all, the scanner stops working. If I try it on an specific plugin, sometimes the scanner works sometimes not. There is no specific plugin, which prevents scanning in my opinion.

    Is it possible that the server specifications are too wek, cause oft hat error!?

    Tanks for your answer, but I’m not sure how your answer helps me with my issue.

    It’s just hw it should work, what’s not happening.

    In one day the server space capacity is exhausted and the cache is not cleared.

    Theres something wrong. It displöays last update at March 30 to 4.5.7 as you can see iun the image.

    The error occurs as well in 4.5.7.

    Thanks for answering.

    Which settings for the products do you exactly mean? At which menu?
    Under product I just set the steps “Minimum quantity” and “Quantity step”. I can’t see other settings there.

    I activated debug mode, but there is a huge error message.
