Thank you all… I solved the problem. Php on our hosting is old and the version is 5.3. I cant change it (update it) for now because we have travel site and he is working for about 10 years, if I change the PHP version our site goes upside-down.

Ok, so I found older wordpress version (4.5.3) and the installation starts. When the installation finished I was able to update wordpress version to the latest version (4.6.1).
Interesting part is that I was not able to install latest wordpress because of outdated php version, but I was able to update to the latest wordpress version after installation.
