Copy the page template you’d like to use from your theme folder (page-fullwidth.php or similar).
Rename it single-cuar_private_page.php
Customise the page/layout however you see fit.
No problem – it’s a fantastic plugin, and I’d hate for it to get pulled and/or stop functioning.
It’s not a bug – it’s designed to highlight the code ONLY in the edit post/page screen.
