Still no help. Here are some additional facts. Some of my categories have 20 items but no matter what I do only ten show up in a search. I have 65 products but no matter what I do only 50 sync. I have triple checked settings/options, etc. Is there any way to have someone do a remote session. To be honest….. I have not contacted Big Commerce support on this and maybe that is what I should do.

Have I missed a setting for the number of items to sync? Have I missed a setting for the number of items to show in a search?

Thanks again for looking at this.

One last note….. in my BC Store there is a column for “Listed On” when I view a products list – and the missing items that are not syncing are showing “2 Channels”. One being my BC Store and one being my website where I want to use them but they are not showing up. It seems to think they are synced.

The missing products never end up as a page in WordPress because a sync does not find them. Again, they were there originally and the ID numbers are still in my shortcode but now they don’t show up. I am not sure how I would use the SearchWP plugin. When you create a Page and use the Add Product button from the BC plugin it takes you to a search that is part of the plugin and again, many products are not showing up no matter how I search whether it be by name, category, etc. I have scoured the missing products descriptions, etc., and don’t see anything different. And, they don’t have any options or other additional items like that in BC. They are very clean. Weird.

They all have SKUs. And, some of the products were showing up last week. I have no Options for any of them. Very clean. If I do a search of my category “Software” very few of the products in that category show up and items NOT in that category show up too. If I search on the product name which is software for the T-Shirt industry “T-Seps” I get only four out of twelve products yet the name is clearly in every description. I have checked SKUs and everything and don’t see any reason why they would not show up in a simple search of the category or name. I would be happy to give backend temporary credentials for troubleshooting.
