In reply to: WordPress Plugin – Asset screenshots not showingHi @sterndata,
Thanks for the reply, I will do that!
I should also have mention in case this is related to the 24 hour rule, the new screenshot descriptions are showing with the old images. So if this is by design, then this part is a bug. I’ll mention this as well on Slack.
Best,
ScottHi @heiditech,
Thanks for the question. Yes, this is normal in the free version of the plugin. If you would like to send the email after payment, our pro version has this feature.
I hope that helps, if you have any other questions or issues, please let me know.
Best,
ScottHi @webby1973,
Thank you for reporting this issue. I just released version 1.5.5 of the plugin which fixes the jQuery issue.
Please update your site to that version of the plugin. If you have any other problems or questions, just let me know.

In reply to: [Accept Donations with PayPal & Stripe] Paypal IPN error messageHi @btoast,
Thanks for the question, sorry that you are having problems.
1. When I visit (https://thecbba.org/wp-admin/admin-post.php?action=add_wpedon_button_ipn) which is the IPN URL for your site, I see in the title of the page that an error has occurred. I’m not sure exactly what the error is, but it maybe related to another plugin or WordPress issue.
That error means that PayPal can’t talk to your site and send an instant payment notification (IPN) of a recent transaction.
2. Regarding if the setting for IPN is turned off on PayPal and the plugin can override that email, I don’t know the answer to that. I have not had this situation happen before.
3. The plugin does not have a feature to turn IPN off. It’s used to update the payment history section of the plugin and show completed payments.
4. The email notification you are getting are harmless, the worst that will happen until this is fixed is that the plugin won’t show up to date sale information in the admin. If you ignore this problem completely, nothing bad will happen. You will still be able to go to PayPal.com and view all of the transaction history.
If you want to fix the issue, my recommendation would be to see if you can find the reason that page is giving an error. You maybe able to look in the PHP error logs to find the error. If you are able to find the error message related to this, you can share that with me and I can help you out more if it’s something I can help with.
Best,
Scott
Hi @dejarnra dejarnra,
That’s great to hear that you fixed it! Do you know which plugin was causing it?
Best,
ScottHi @dejarnra,
Sorry to hear that you’re having problems opening the PayPal and Stripe tab.
Do you have any other Contact Form 7 plugins active? If you do, can you please try to disable them and see that fixes the issue. There maybe a conflict with our plugin and another plugin you are using.
Please let me know if that helps solve your issue.
Best,
ScottClosing this for now, but if you still have problems, please just reply and I’ll be happy to help.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 - PayPal & Stripe Add-on] Where do I put my purchase codeHi @garydumbleton,
Thanks for the question. By purchase code, I’m assuming that you mean the code to put the PayPal / Stripe button? This plugin doesn’t work like that, once you enable PayPal / Stripe on your individual contact form, when that form is submitted by the customer, it will just automatically redirect to PayPal / Stripe. There isn’t a code needed.
Hopefully that answered your question if not, just let me know.
Best,
ScottHi @onthelinetech,
Sorry that you’re having problems. I just tested your site. I don’t think this is an issue with this plugin.
The spinning submit icon happens before the email is sent and before this plugin is called. If it was this plugin, it should still submit the form and just the email, and just not redirect to PayPal.
1. If you disable this plugin, does it correctly allow you to complete the form and send an email?
2. Do you have any other Contact Form 7 plugins installed that you could try disabling?
Best,
ScottHi @webby1973,
