I’m still missing one thing: If they user did not make any changes, in screenshot 2, how and when are these unchanged settings applied?
They are not applied in screen 1 when you click accept (that button will start all scripts regardless of what is on or off in the menu, which is how I want it). They are not applied when you click Enable all, of course.
So if I set the option of 3rd party cookies to be off by default, they will start in screen 1 if I click accept. But in the menu they will be off by default (which is also how I want it). What should the user do next to not start the 3rd party cookies? That is to confirm the default settings in the menu, where default is that some scripts are turned off?
I might be missing something here but it looks like you have to turn some script option on and then off to save the original settings without starting all scripts.

I do prefer users to click on the standard accept button, but if they want some other setting the missing button is quite annoying since at first there is no way to save that other setting.
