In reply to: [WooCommerce] Resend “Processing” Email to CustomerThere is a “ticket” which is really a receipt generated by WooCommerce that is sent to our customers when they pay for their ticket, and the transaction moves to “Processing”. I’ve tried resending the receipt using “email invoice/order details” and nothing happens. So I just want to resend the “Processing” email that WooCommerce generated.

In reply to: [Product Customer List for WooCommerce] Email to CustomersI figured out what the problem was – I’m using a new laptop, and had not set Google Chrome to use my Gmail account to send emails. So when I clicked on “Email all Customers”, it didn’t know where to go. So you have to open your Gmail, and click on a little symbol on the right hand side of the URL, and then click on “Use Gmail” – and Voila (just about the limit of my french from my Montreal days !), I can send an email to all of our subscribers ! Thanks for your help and patience.

mailto:[email protected],[email protected] etc. – with all the emails of the 200 customers.
If I click on “Email all Customers”, nothing happens, unless I right click on “Email all
Customers” and then click on “Open in new tab” and the above shows up in a new tab in the address line.When I used to click on it, my gmail would come up with the 200 customers BCC’d in a new email.
I tried deactivating “Wordfence”, as well as every other plugin(1 at a time), but no change. I thought I would explain in more detail what was happening.
Thoughts ? I need those 200 email accounts – so I’m reluctant to reinstall your plugin.
Hope you stayed cool during the heat wave (I’m in Markham, Ont. now – and our heat wave just ended).

TinyMCE Advanced
WooCommerce MailChimp
WooCommerce Stripe Gateway
Wordfence SecurityDo any of those ring alarm bells for you ?
P.S. I used to live in TMR …
