Screenshot of cart was an example of the error – so had not filled it out completely.
Everything was working fine until we had to convert shipping from group to single using your auto convertor.
Once we did this, thats when the problems started, as all other settings remained unchanged.What i did do was restore a back up prior to converting shipping methods, then re install the plug in and re do the shipping zones / methods etc. Then update any plugins one vy one to see if any cuase issues. So far it appears to be working correctly.
The only thing that we did was convert from group to single shipping (as the plugin advised) so this may have caused the problems.

We only use flexible shipping , so do not have flat rates set up.
